This isn't much of a deal at all!!!!
Sorry, I saw this special and thought someone might be
able to take advantage of the $149. price tag.
but I guess it is only a way to lure people in.

The only things I can think of :

1) they want you to call and book on the phone

or

2) as you said-maybe one way- if
you take $149 x 2 + about 40% tax/fees
you'd get about $420.00 return?

$420 is still better than what I've been seeing lately-
for TO to Orlando things have been between $630-730
lately.

Our tickets have run about $380-$440. I think anything around the $400 is a fair price (that includes taxes).

I once saw Flight Centre advertise $139.00 ROUND trip to Orlando. I called and the taxes were $140! It was still a good deal, but I don't like intensionally being mislead. However, they all do that, so I don't take seriously their deals. S

I think we've done well as I've got us booked on Southwest Airlines and was lucky enough to get non stop flights too!

The total cost for each of us is $185.00 US return which is about $286.00 CND so I think I did pretty good as I couldn't stand to pay all the taxes from YYZ.

We booked on Air Tran from Buffalo for $170 return for both of us it's about $480 Canadian, there is a short lay over in Atlanta but it's really easy and we've done it before. Also we're leaving on the Friday night flight a 7:50pm so we don't have to take Fri off work.
