Today is a non holiday things day... I am baking for a picnic I have coming up, and packing for this weekend that I am heading away for

It is starting to become more real to my family, when I spoke to dad today he was starting to get a bit sad that I will be gone for so long , assured him i would be fine

This is my first time on my own, I have traveled for long periods of time before, though usually in non english speaking countries. I am not solo all the time, I have friends meeting up with me at times and catching up with some US friends along the way as well.

Its starting to sink in a lot tonight, I may have gone a little crazy shopping websites are not good when your hyped up

Hi yes - NY for Easter, we are planning to go to the Easter Bonnet parade on Easter Sunday.

ToyStory at this stage home for easter, I have a wedding that I can't miss that has come up.

4 days to go and my summer beach farewell picnic is pouring rain and now an indoor picnic.

I also learnt that I shouldn't look at weather forecasts because so far its meant to rain for my first week and bit

Woo who 4 days is so exciting. Don't worry about the rain, our best day at WDW was pouring with rain and we walked straight on too every ride.

I have to say I am SO bored this week, nothing to look up or plan or book. I just want Thursday here already.
Tomorrow will be a bit more eventful with a few last minute appointments and finishing the packing

Today I am taking my Nonna out for lunch, the whole time since I booked she has been asking me to cancel and just get my money back

It doesn't feel real and the excitement hasn't really hit yet am still sleeping fine, and not freaking out at all

Anne, I think your trip has got us all in a "feeding" frenzy and we at the Dis are so excited for you. I do hope you get a second or two along the way to update us, we all feel very protective and excited for you and of course we are GREEN WITH ENVY about your 3 months away.

I wish you all the best, I think your trip sounds sensational and I think going solo for much of the trip will allow you time to really focus on the details and the amazingness of it all.

Thanks I will def be posting... I find it hard to go a few days without checking in

I got excited today finally, one of my friends sent me a package which inside is something wrapped up and a post it which says don't open till on the plane

I am however wondering if it will take me being on the plane to realise that it is happening and I am going somewhere ... or maybe just a hit over the head. I am super calm, I thought I would be worked up and nervous by now but just this calmness over me all week - Maybe it just means I made the right decision by taking this trip

bit of a downer but my Aunt passed away this afternoon, so its a bit of a bad start to everything, I just have to remind myself that she is no longer suffering and in pain.

I probably won't get time to check in tomorrow but I will check in as soon as I can.

Also want to say Thank you for all the help and support with the planning of my trip and letting me share my excitement
