Today is my 5th year anniversary of my Pancreas Transplant

Dear Fellow Dis'ers... many of you may remember my life saving transplant fitve years ago today... I made the five year mark!

We will celebrate this coming Saturday with a big party at the Country Club, my transplant team is coming with many of my doctor's, friends and family. I am happy to share with all of you that I am doing wonderful and enjoying life!

Again, I remember all of the cards that many of you sent to me while I was away from home in the hospital for three months. I still have them all...

I am hoping for another 5 years!
