Today is my 180..have to Call Narcoossee’s direct????

So I got up early at 4:45am to make my ressies and got everything I wanted to book like Le Cellier, Cali Grill, Kona...YEA! However I can't book Narcoossee’s or Plant Hollywood.
I've called twice and they are telling me for a party of 8, I have to call Narcoossee’s direct and Planet Hollywood too for a party of 12. Is this right???

Yikes, HELP!! I don't want to miss my preferred time.

Yes! I believe for parties of 10 or more you will need to call 407.WDW.DINE.

Narcoossee’s is only a party of 8, and they said I have to call the restaurant not the WDW-DINE #. She said they are only open for dinner so I can leave a message on the answering machine and they will call me back.
