Today is my 180 days and I can't get Ohana. So disappointed!

i logged onto MDE at 7:45 this morning which is exactly my 180 day mark. I can't believe the difficulty I had trying to get our favorite places to eat. I literally spent 5 hours making dining reservations and had to rearrange our entire itinerary because of this. Ohana was not available for dinner the entire 8 nights of our stay and we are so very disappointed. Ohana is a must do for our family every time we visit, and in the last 10 years we have always been able to get a reservation without any problem. I wonder why it's not available at all. I also had difficulty with other locations. Not one Fantasmic dinner package availability, hoop Dee Doo had limited times, Cape May Cafe offered me one time slot, 10:30 for breakfast....so late! What is happening? Is this what it's coming to? How can these places be full 180 + 10 days out?

I got Ohana 57 days before our trip And had to drop there (successfully coordinate) And got an other one for the good date 2 weeks before the do date (i had to switch My dates to see hollywood studios fireworks tonight!)

Wow...that's ridiculous. I have never had a problem before...and with larger dinner parties.

I was on right at 6am est on my 180 and still couldn't get Ohana. Hoping more opens up or people drop.

My 180 days was May 21 and we weren't able to get O'hanna either (I was up at 6am!) We are a group of 14 so I figured we'd never get in but we have just kept checking and today it opened up and we were able to get it! It's at 6:40pm too so a great time. Just keep checking!! Good luck.

I've been reading that A LOT of people have not been getting much of anything at all for December because the availability is so limited. I have a feeling they have just not released everything yet.

Keep trying. I got a BOG on a party day in the middle of the day on a Tuesday or Wednesday. They will eventually release more dining.

It seems like Disney didn't drop all of the available tables at once.

Keep trying. For our trip last October during free dining time I was able to snag my ideal O'Hana reservation. Just keep checking. You will find something. I think I got it around the 90 day mark.

As someone who is frequently checking the website, I can tell you that the available ADRs are changing all the time. While searching, I have seen ADRs for CRT, O'hana, and Chef Mickey's pop up from time to time. They disappear quickly, but they do appear from time to time. Be persistent! Hopefully it will pay off!

I couldn't get 'Ohana at the 180 day mark for my birthday 2 years ago; so I checked weekly. I was able to book it a week out from my birthday. Openings due happen, just got to keep checking.

We had the exact same issue yesterday, I either believe Ohana is closed for a refurb or they have not released everything. We couldn't get onto our 180+10 for 45 minutes yesterday and missed out on nearly everything we wanted but yet I have read so many people at the same time had the same issue so where have the available times gone? I went straight to the last day of our trip and couldn't even get a breakfast ADR at Ohana straight away. Some people on here thought it was due to the free dining 'frenzy' and their 180+10 the day before had allowed them to book all the Ohana ADR's but the last day of my trip wouldn't have been available on their 180+10.

We also cannot get Sci Fi diner or 50's Prime time for the entire 10 days of our trip. They are not THAT popular and when BOG, V&A's and other popular ones were still available until late yesterday evening because of the problems people are having, something is definitely up.

I don't believe it is Disney holding back available tables. There is no advantage to them to do that. What I do believe - and it is often reported in posts here - is that folks book multiple ADR's for the same time until they know what they "feel like eating". The one exception to this is I do believe they hold available tables in WS in Epcot for Candlelight Processional packages that are released later in the summer. In this case there is a reason for them to hold tables, and those tables will be filled.

I have had the same problem trying to find character dining reservation for breakfast or dinner. I am going to disney the week after thanksgiving so I thought it would be simple to get reservations for that week. I don't remember ever having this much problem in the past. I am hoping to find something soon. I will be trying to check daily.

Yes! Keep trying! A lot of the reservations that I wanted weren't available at the times that I wanted when I first started. I just kept searching until I got what I needed. (Like a BOG reservation on Sunday, instead of Friday, which took FOREVER...) So keep trying! You'll get there! People definitely drop reservations all the time. I know that I'll probably drop several of mine, but I'd rather have them than not, in case I change my mind.

I agree something is strange because I was able to get BOG and I haven't been able to get it on the last several trips. But Ohana has never been an issue and I've been booking it for years.
