To The Moderators: Concerning Completed Trips

Sorry if this is in the wrong place... I'm still sorta new here!

Okay, I have noticed something: once a report is placed in the **Completed Report Section**, people are unable to leave comments. I was wondering if this could be changed. I really like reading them and I would love to leave a comment letting people know what I thought about their trip and everything. Is this possible? I know a lot of recent trips are in there, too, but it's always like, "oh, you lost your chance." So, if the permissions could be changed if that is even possible, that would be amazing.

As you noticed, there are a lot of reports completed in that Forum. We decided to have the thread, because so many of the completed one's got lost in the regular Trip Report Boards. Also many of the reports would be completed and then many times off topic subjects would start up, and many of those discussions beonged on other threads and boards on the DIS. We made a decision to try to keep our board organized. Many, many members have very good intentions to do their reports, but life gets in the way and many never get completed. This is why we wanted to put Completed Reports in their own Forums.

You can always PM the person or send them an e-mail to tell them how much you enjoyed their report.
