To answer your question the new system has nothing to do with buses. The gac had nothing to do with buses they have to load them like they have been doing . They already changed the policy for buses At the parks over a year ago. Most if not all the driver don't follow it because they feel it easier to and better for the guest how they been doing it. If they do stuff with the buses then they have the dot to deal with they will enforce the law. so they don't won't to mess with it to much they rather not get the dot attention.
