I think Ive been going through major Disney withdrawl as of late. I haven't been since my senior trip in HighSchool. And Im a Junior now! :scared: (I know, terrible, isn't it?)
Well, I've been saving my pennies and such over the past year and I've finally raised enough for me to go during Spring Break, (Mar 12-19), but the problem is, no one can go with me! All my sisters are in school, the rents are working, and my DBF has finals that week (He's in a three year program).
So thats my dilema, risk going to Disney alone, even though it isnt necesarily a bad thing, you have to understand that Ive never gone solo, I always go in packs of almost 10 people ( Just my immediate family!). So going solo, would be at the other side of the spectrum.

Do any other college students do this? I mean, I think it would be nice to do what I want and be able to slow down and take pictures when I want too (Major photography lover, though an imagineer at heart and mind)

But I Fear I will lack the enthusiasm since Im used to my 4 sisters being there and being able to laugh at the silly stuff with them and such.

Any advice?

PS. My fam might be going down there in May as it is, after Im done with my finals, but Im not sure if I can wait that long! lol

In my opinion, I would wait to go with my family. I know the feeling of Disney withdrawl but I don't think it would be the same to go alone. I have an older sister and we have so much fun together laughing at the little things, it would be boring to me to not have someone to talk to or joke with. It stinks to wait but sharing Disney with someone is better in my opinion.

I would go solo. In fact, I went solo January 1-5 this year, and it was GREAT!! I could do whatever I wanted (which I did). I didn't have to wait for anyone. I was able to see a lot of my friends (I was a CP last year). So I would say go for it for you can. :thumbsup2

I did that when my ex was working at Disney. Went the whole week and only saw her one day (yeah, that was a bad idea but I digress).

You should at least see if any people already down there ie CPs want to meet up with you. I know while it was cool riding all the rides, just not as fun without some people.
