To Express pass, or not to EP

You may be given times to choose from... sometimes they will give you an option. However, you can return any time after your given time, so as long as it is before when you want to go, you will be fine.

It always depends on the time of year. I go in early December and never needed them. But in May, schools down there are letting out and as someone said, the new Harry Potter ride may be opening then so it might be a good idea.

We have a trip planned Oct 15th. We have never been to US or anywhere on property. I'd love advice on EP, and anything else you can tell me.

Yes, you can purchase it...BUT it is good for only one ride per attraction

It is not good on Forbidden Journey, Pteranadon Flyers or for the Olivander's show.

Personally I wouldn't do it without EP. We stayed onsite for one night, so both days in the park were had the unlimited EP. We loved the ability to just walk on the rides (or have a very short wait), and were able to go at a relaxing pace. We loved it and plan on doing the same thing when we go back next year.

If you break its down its roughly $250 plus tax for a night at RPR. A 2 day pass is $130, or $260 for 2 people. So, just over $500. You would need a hotel for a night anyway which would be at least $100, so thats $400 for 2 people to go to the parks for 2 days with unlimited EP. $100/person/day...not too bad!

We were there this week and never waited more than 15 minutes for anything. EP would have been a complete waste of money for our dates. I think I saw two groups go ahead of us in the express line all week and it MAY have saved them 10 minutes. If course we aren't coaster people but we did everything else with very little waiting.
