We are celebrating... OUR GRADUATION!!!!
I've known for a few years that we would get 2 months vacation between graduation and starting residency. I always had a vague idea that it would be a great time to take a longer trip to Orlando/WDW. We had been playing around with flights/resorts for a while but we were hesitating to confirm anything. I got a pin code in the mail a few weeks ago and we decided to run with it.

This PTR will be a fun action packed musical journey through the next 48 days before we board our plane to THE TWILIGHT ZONE... ahem I mean WALT DISNEY WORLD. So come along and sing a song and join our jamboree!

Thanks for coming back despite my week long leave of absence. I'd like to start off with a sneak peek of what's to come in this PTR. My wife has recently completed her bachelor's degree and I will be finishing up medical school in a week after I write my licensing exam. This is a very exciting time for the both of us with lots of changes and special events. The biggest change is that I have been posted in Ottawa for my specialty training so we will soon be moving west.

In addition to being a great city, Ottawa also has great prices on flights to Florida so guess how we are celebrating the end of undergrad degrees!!!!

​

We decided to give ourselves a week and so to unpack and get settled in then we are off to WDW.

This is a new one, only announced today. This sounds fantastic, AK at night, food & Wine, special entertainment, an orchestra presenting the Lion King and desserts underneath the Tree of Life, Count me in! It's called Harambe Nights.
