Do they have towels for use at TL like at the resorts or do you need to bring your own?
Do they have a place you can change into a swim suit or do you need to come dress it swim suit?
Do you pay for chairs or are they free?
We have never gone to TL or BB so I am thinking about making it a place to go this time on our trip. Any other info you can add to help out a first timer to TL , Please DO!

You will need to either bring your own towels or "rent" them. Chairs are free.

I think it's $1 to rent a towel, and they do have changing rooms with lockers outside. We usually wear our suits there, underneath our clothes, and bring some dry underclothing to put on at the end of the day. You can rent a locker to store your stuff in, or a lot of people will just leave it on their chair. If you take anything of value along, I would rent a locker.

TL has the greatest wave pool in the world. I've never been impressed with wave pools before, finding them just kind of dull to be bobbing about in. The one at TL lagoon however doesn't just make the water choppy, it generates huge surfing-type waves. It's awesome!
