TL Closed for Refurbishment?

Is Typhoon Lagoon currently closed for refubishment does anyone know My kids were so looking forward to going there next week! Does this mean the other water park will be really busy?

Yes, unfortunately it is closed. It's been closed since December, if memory serves, and is scheduled to reopen on March 13th.

This is an annual process for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon--both go down for a 1-2 month rehab during the winter months. You should find Blizzard Beach open during your trip.

tjkraz is correct. TL is closed for rehab and is scheduled to re-open March 13, although the new ride probably won't be finished yet, (like they had hoped it would be)
