Not to worry D&D...I won't have my computer with me over Christmas...you can pass me again.

I think the computer is about to turn into a punpkin...it's almost midnight...

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Gee, I'll never catch up to you two.

That would be so cool if another meet happened. I'd have to let my husband know to take off the time.

We will have to put our heads together in January...need something to look forward to...

Good morning ladies! Another sunny day here, it makes the holiday spirit that much brighter to me! We'll still have a white Christmas, but I'm hoping not to shovel anytime soon.

I'm still waiting for some deliveries of some last minute stuff. I'd like to put away my wrapping box, but until all gifts are under the tree, it'll have to wait.

My kitty got into the Nativity scene last night. I'm not really sure why, its been out since I got back. I guess he couldn't resist the hay in the manger.

M&N...my siggie is looking pretty sad too. Guess I may have to start planning something....!

Pikester and Sukie are up in New Hampshire, and we have quite a few TKers along the southern route through Georgia, Texas and New Mexico....We'll have to figure out a way to see everyone and give them hugs in person. I like a challenge!

Hello everyone! Cloudy here which makes it warmer in the am..43 degrees. :santa: I'm way behind in meeting everyone but I did get to say hi to a few while they were at Hersey. :goodvibes
I remember the very first place we ate at on our first visit to WDW was Cape May. We like Biergarten, even DH likes it. DH usually likes buffets, he can avoid the vegetables.

I need to call a meeting of us TKers. We need to get a new name chosen for Kitty to have handy so we will not get stressed about getting LOST! It's her job to start the new one since she started the first one.
Here are the past suggestions:
TKer six pack
TKers and Proud of it
Tkers: Never met a thread we couldn't make dead
Tkers: Lean, Mean, Thread Killing Machines
Thread Killers...Six Feet Under And Still Killin'
Anyone have any more to add? As a reminder---this will be our 6th thread. Looking at my calendar, I will not be back to my computer until next Tue or Wed. We have until p. 250 and are on 238 now. How long will these pages last? Give me some imput tonight...I can get on tomorrow am. Someone else can tally the votes...I'll get the ballot ready tomorrow if these choices are ok.
The debate begins!!!

M&N! Thank you so much for pointing that out...woo-hoo! Its back...the anxiety of choosing a name for the new thread and then the countdown to its start! As before, I'd love to include something alluding to the number 6, just to keep up with TKer tradition.

Again, as always, the floor is open to all suggestions and opinions and we are a democracy, so the name will be determined by the most support.

I'm putting my thinking cap on right now, but I do think that Six feet under and still killin is really funny....

tHAT'S THE ONE i LIKED TOO BUT DO NOT WANT TO SWAY THE VOTE! i DIDN'T RECORD WHO SUGGESTED WHAT.

M&N....I"m so glad that we have the same twisted sense of humor!

Evening all:

Boy you ladies were busy last night...lots of chatting. I'm only at 2 tkers (Pikester & Sukie) but I think I get extra points because I have to come from a different country!! :rotfl:

I like the 6 feet under one as well.

Like the photos.

Better go neighbours are coming over for a little Christmas cheer.

TTYL

The "pizza" they serve at Pizzafari and Pizza Planet is NOT really pizza! Not like what we get here in NJ, which is the best pizza on earth! My worst ever meal at Disney was definitely Pizza Planet. YUCK!
If Jersey pizza is anything like the stuff they brag about in Chicago then THAT'S NOT PIZZA EITHER!!!! :lmao: Gimme the thin, slightly burned, crispy crust with real Johnsonville, WI sauage, onions, WI cheese (don't believe that "happy cow" crap in CA), fresh mushrooms, and green peppers. Mmmm...now that's good eatin'. :thumbsup2

Oh, and talking to Pikester totally does count....that's a 5.5 for you!
Are we counting phone calls, cuz then I think I'll start making a few phone calls - daily. :rotfl2: We forgot the DL55 call at Hershey!!!! That's 5.5 for me too.

Thank you everyone for all the wonderful cards. I'm running out of room on my mantle. :cloud9: I'll have to take a picture of it tomorrow.
Would love to see it all decorated. :thumbsup2

Pikester is from up north and wants to try and get a meet together somehow. We'll all have to put our heads together.
How about somewhere's in-between??? Or a WDW meet???
I still think a TKer cruise would be a BLAST!!!!!

D&D---3711
Hey...them's fighting words. pirate:

Yes, I do believe that was my suggestion. :snooty::rotfl:
Of course, I vote for "Six feet under..."
Six Pack is also a good suggestion. :thumbsup2

Have a great time w/ that "Christmas cheer" stuff. :santa:

I vote for a TKer meet in Canada - at Ev's house!!!! You just know we'd have wine!!!

D&D...Chicago style isn't pizza either! When I lived in chicago, I actively avoided eating pizza there and everyone gave me slack about it! Too much crust for me.

Ooh, a peppers and onion pizza sounds so so good. Yum.

Everyone get their passports! We may be taking the TKers international! Although I'd always vote for either a WDW meet and I'd love to go on a cruise (with lots of drinks!)

How's the pizza in NY Kitty?

I'm having trouble getting my pics into Photobucket. Since they changed the format, I've been getting lots of errors. :headache: I'll try to post more photos tomorrow.

Trying to upload a photo of the Cinnamon rolls at Main Street Bakery. Mmmm! Big as your head I tell ya!!! I dread to think how many calories I consumed this vacation. Yikes!

Bopsmom - Did you like Cape May? Hope you are having a good time. Hi little H!!!!! Hi D!!!:wave2:

D&D...I had a hard time with photobucket recently too. Same thing with FB...they keep changing things and I"m really confused.

Oh....don't start the NY pizza thing. Absolutely amazing! There's actually a chain of three or four pizza parlors in the Orlando area (called NY pizza creatively) that was started by transplanted NYers because they couldn't get any decent pizza there! I love how you can get a great slice of pizza for a buck or two at any hour around here. It shouldn't taste as good as it does, being just crust, sauce and cheese...its inexplicable. Its amazing.

I'm totally going to get pizza tomorrow!

Magi & D&D: I've been so frustrated with Photobucket lately! I've been trying to get some photos ready so I can post them with my 2nd installment of my TR and it's taking forever. Errors, pictures not available, etc. Sheesh!

I actually enjoyed the pizza at both Pizza Planet and Pizzafari, so there! We have a local pizza place that I grew up with and they serve a thick crust pizza. A few years ago a new pizza place opened up in the town next to us that servses NY style pizza. I have to believe them as I've never been to NY.

I came up with
Tkers: Never Met A Thread We Couldn't Make Dead
Tkers: Lean, Mean, Thread Killing Machines

But if we want to keep with the theme of having a number indicating what thread it is then

Thread Killers...Six Feet Under And Still Killin'

sounds good to me.
