Good Morning!

Hope everyone had a good Easter Sunday. Ours was nice. Quiet. The Easer Bunny was good to us. Plenty of candy. The boys got some swim goggles and a DS Football game too. Kept them quiet all day.
The family played some basketball after dinner to work off all those candy calories and to enjoy the 70s weather we are having. Perfect day.

Welcome lilmissdisney!!! Glad you are starting to feel better.

Whgrn - sorry things aren't so good right now. A day to just stay in bed w/ covers over the head sounds good.

JOCA - Sounds like dinner at your brother's was nice. That sounds like quite the ham. But hey...leftover ham not a always a bad thing. I got the smallest ham I could find for us 7lb and I think WE will be eating ham all week. Its almost as good as bacon cold.

I'm just so sorry Stacie. My father died 20 years ago this month and it's still very sad for me. I'm sure it's sad that Walter will not get to know him as he grows up. Whenever you are sad, just give that little guy an extra hug or 2 or 3! I am so glad you know you have us there for you even if we are really at the other end of your computer. We do feel like we are actually there for you.

Afternoon ladies! Going to be warm today but not nearly as sunny. Mid-80s for Wednesday! Woo-hoo! I'm already planning to wash my blankets and put them out on the line. I love putting it out there.

So I used that Scratch-X stuff this weekend and goodness me, it really works. It does take a lot of elbow grease, you just have to keep rubbing that stuff into the scratches. But no big scratches along the car, which is great. I'll try to tackle it again next weekend.

My sister was here for the holiday weekend. Mostly just sat around and talked. She'll be moving up to Rochester in July. She's glad to get out of the city. While fun to live there, its been really really expensive. It'll also be easier for us to visit her there, and my cousin lives on the other side of Niagara Falls so it'll be nice for all of us to get together up there (just not in the snowy months!)

Ah, fantasy baseball is back. I'm discouraged though, considering what a flop my March Madness tourney went. I do have three Asian brothers on my team this year, which'll be good. That's about all I know. Last year, I was barely out of last place most of the season, and that will NOT be happening again. No one I know outside of the fantasy league is into baseball, though, so I'll have to recruit some MLB insiders to help me with my roster....

Mmm...Easter candy tastes just as good the day after...

Mine is a Bundy. I'm sure it's the cheapest one they make. My sister bought some fancy flute. I wonder if she ever plays it any more? I've had mine for about 45 years now. Only had to get it repaired once, after our high school won the state championship. This was after a year of all loses. They called us the Cinderella team. Some how I managed to bend parts on my flute.

about 8 hours and 19 minutes according to Mapquest so that really isn't bad at all. Gonna have to run it by DF but I doubt that he would object to a world of chocolate.

My suitcase is packed...except for the last min things! And I have to go through tomorrow yet! I can't wait. We are going to Sea World when we get there. Can't go to MK til next week...blackout for CM's but we can hit another park when he has off.

ooh! So excited for you M&N. did you pack a hat? I found at Sea World, a lot of the seating was not in the shade. But I LOVE Sea World! Let us know how they've changed Believe. And pet some stingrays for me! That and the dolphin feeding was really the highlight of our last trip to Sea World. And the Arctic Wild ride--so much fun!

my mom is waaaay into Twilight!!!! She was trying to get me to watch New Moon with her but I'm in bed trying to get better (throat isn't as sore anymore but still sick). I read the first book and got 80% through the 2nd book and then gave up and kinda "forgot" about it (that's what happens in college when you have hours and hours of notes/homework/and reading to do each day).

Yes---my sun visor is sticking out of my pocketbook and mom found her hat. It's been over 5 years that I was at Sea World. We can go several times with the Fun Pass. I love the penguins too.

Hey! If I get a Dole Whip---it's all for me!!! Not sure if I'll splurge though. I am pre-diabetic and the extra carbs/sugar may have to go to a rice crispy Mickey head or an ice cream Mickey head...so many choices!!! (I love !!! too!!!!)

JO--I saw that thread and had intended to use the coupon but totally forgot about it. I hope it works for you and maybe I'll try it at the end of the week. Do you (or DD) know what the Twilight in Forks DVD is about?

I have yet to try a Dole Whip. And I love pineapple. BF is so into ice cream; he's all about those Mickey heads. I'd much rather spend my calories on baked items. I'm an addict, I admit it.

lilmiss, if you ever have the time, try those books again! I really enjoyed the Twilight series. The third book of the Kingdom Keepers comes out tomorrow, so I'll get my Disney fix that way!
