I looked to see what Twilight in Forks is about. It's suppose to be a documentary type about the real town of Forks,WA (?) where the movie took place.

I did go to the town in Wa. that was supposed to be Cicely Alaska for Northern Exposure. I loved that show and loved John Corbett even more!

wowwww I have watched a lot of Ugly Betty in the past 24 hours.

lilmiss, I just got netflix watch instantly on the tv and there is so much tv I missed that I'm going to watch soon. Dr. Who, Grey's Anatomy, Bones.

I love Ugly Betty! I was so sad to see it cancelled. It was one of the few not-gory, violent, not blatantly sexual 10pm shows. And it had a good message of being who you are and proud of it.

Woo-hoo! My Sting tickets came in the mail today. Just have to wait three months for the concert....

There's a travelling exhibit of the Vietnam War Memorial that's coming next month. apparently its 1/2 scale, which is still pretty impressive. Its only here for a weekend, but I plan to go. Hopefully we'll have good weather. Bethel Woods (the site of the original Woodstock) is so beautiful.

So, I printed out my 2 coupons and we load up the truck with the kids and head to Walmart. We get there and they don't have any copies of the 17.00 disc that is on sale. They do have the 25.00 2 disc special edition one. DH said just to get that one but nope, I was on the hunt for the best deal.

So we get all the kids back into the truck to go across the street to Sears Essentials. I knew they sold dvds and surely they would have New Moon. We go inside and the entire middle section of the electronics department is gone. We find the dvds and there are about 30 total for sale. Not 30 copies of New Moon but 30 dvds of various titles and not one copy of anything Twilight.

Finally head to Target. They only have the 24.95 copies of New Moon. But it's a 3-disc collectors edition. There's a little sale sign in front of the display so I bent down to read it. You know the dvd couldn't be on top of the display but way down close to the floor. Turns out if you buy New Moon and Twilight In Forks, you get a 5.00 Target gift card.

We ended up paying 6.04 for both dvds together and walking out with a 5.00 gift card. Woohooo!!!! Let's just say, DD and I never walked so fast out of store in our lives.

MK, they let me use both coupons at once. The only thing is the cashier does have to call over a supervisor because the coupon is so much. Other than that, not a bit of problem using them.
