LITC...sorry to hear everyone is feeling yucky. Its the weather. You don't really know how to dress and it just takes a whomp to your system. Hope you took something for the headache! That's the easiest one to deal with and the hardest one to cope with.

My dog has a sensitive stomach. Sensitive meaning that if he gets upset, or feels emotional, BLECK! All over. Its terrible He actually turns green, especially if my father uses a certain tone with him. I usually have enough time to rush him outdoors...my fatty cat loves to groom everyone else, so he has some pretty impressive hairballs too.

Pike, go to netflix online and look up the Wii disc. You need to have the disc in your Wii and have it connected to the internet for it to work. You pretty much have the choices to watch instantly on your computer. I personally would rather watch movies on the tv with the big sound.

Getting ready for Fraggle Rock! Seriously, I can't wait to start. Kinda sad considering its a Saturday night, but its pretty darn cold out there. Too cold to convince me to go out and try to do something fun. And anything Jim Henson pretty much tops everything except the Office and Battlestar Galactica....(how geeky am I?)

Forgot to say that its the free Showtime weekend on DirecTv. Showtime is not putting much effort into getting new customers, I must say! I have yet to see anything on there that would be worth shelling out $10/month. I do have HBO, but that's because I love their original series like Big Love and True Blood and their documentary series is amazing. This month HBO has a documentary called Afghan Star. It was amazing! Its about the Afghani version of American Idol, this in a country where music, dancing, and tv were banned up to a few years ago. Two women actually made top 10, which is amazing for a country that favored the burqa....highly recommended!

Oops...did I mention it was amazing? hee hee....

Thanks Magi! I just ordered my Free Disc and we'll see what happens. From my understanding the Wii allows you to stream the movie live to your TV from the Internet. We have our Wii connected to the internet all ready so we should be half way there.

Went and checked out Showtime and the only movie I saw that I would watch was The Eye. DH took over the TV though and is watching cycling. I've now added The Eye to my Netflix.

My cat pukes and runs too. She eats to fast and then one of the kids will scare her which upsets her stomach so she ends up puking up the cat food.

MK, you're not watching Apolo on the Kids Choice Awards? He's going to set some kind of world slime record.

We don't have Netflix anymore. One of the things we got rid of since it turned into a big waste of money for us. We have a bad habit of not watching a movie for weeks if we know there are no late fees. Now we just use Redbox when we want to see something.

I'm one of those terrible people at Redbox. I'll get a movie then forget to return it. I also like a lot of foreign tv and movies, which Netflix has. This Wii free streaming may just be the end of me.

I love the Doozers! They are so cute and fat.

I tried to watch the kids choice awards once. Made me feel old coz I didn't know anything or anyone! I do like Apolo...do I even know where the Nick channels are?

We don't use Redbox too much anymore. The mini mart across the street uses a different company. Same concept but we call it the Yellow Box. Now we don't have to worry about getting to the grocery store to return them. 2 minute walk and it's done. And since it's not as popular as Redbox, we have good success with getting new releases on their release date.

Ok, the thing with Apolo was dumb. He was suppose to get sling shot into a pool of slime. He still looked good all covered in green slime.

With the 3 girls, I know all the hot stuff for teens. Lucky me.

ooh you're lucky to have a dvd kiosk nearby! I would definitely be better at returning if it were closer. My redbox is at the grocery. It was nearly impossible to rent/return without spending money on something else!

ok, I'll ask. I know the Miley Cyrus show is ending, but do the Jonas brothers have a show? Or was it just that movie? Do the girls watch any of the ABC Family shows? based on the commercials, they look quite racy!

I know nothing about what is cool for teens. My DS12 pretty much just grunts at me when I ask him questions so he's not really sharing a whole lot of what's cool with me.

Ok, this upcoming season should be the last for Miley. She wants to give up the tween set and go for more mature audiences. I'm sure in a couple of years, we'll be reading a whole ton of her in the tabloids. She just gives off that vibe to me.

The Jonas Brothers have a show on Nick. It is one of the worst shows I have ever seen. Even DD14 hates it. But the J Brothers are so yesterday.

We watch a lot of Disney and Nick shows....Wizards of Waverly Place, iCarly, Drake and Josh (even though they are old), Spongebob and Phineas and Ferb.

Those are probably the favorites right now.

Ooo, grunting, eye rolling, huffing, stomping feet, slamming doors, and the ever popular "This is so not fair!!!!). Life with a teen is so much fun.

I haven't seen him roll his eyes but when he does talk to me it's usually with sarcasm. I wonder where he gets that from?

Both Nick and Disney have the worst teen shows. The acting is so over the top. It's funny, sort of but then it gets really bad.

I think one of the few that I can stand is ICarly. Ned's Declassified was ok when it was on. Love Spongebob and Phineas and Ferb. We like the Fairly OddParents too.

When we were at Disney we saw Sunny with a Chance and Suite Life with Zack and Cody(The one on the ship too). Horrible shows!

My Mom's favorite was "Who said life was fair?"

I can remember screaming "I hate you!" and "You're the meanest mother in the whole wide world!" at my Mom. Hormones suck!

I've seen Phineas and Ferb. Also fairly oddparents, which I liked for a bit, but can't commit to watching it any more than I have. Do not understand Spongebob...why are they screaming all the time? I'm old school...give me Thundercats or Voltron any day!

ooh...I have one memory of telling my Mom I hated her. We were on vacation, and really, she was getting on my nerves. One of those times that I had no privacy and just wanted my mom to give me a break! I totally regretted it the moment it came out of my mouth. But I did get sent up to the bedroom and did have some quiet time!

Sunny with a Chance is one of the worst shows too. Suite Life was better when they were younger. They were cute little kids. Now they are just dorky.

We like Wizards a lot because we like Selena Gomez. She hasn't shown any of the teen trampiness that you see so often. With the 2 younger girls, that's pretty important to us.

DD14 is just so emotional right now. And she is me as a teen all over again. Now I know why my mom has such a great sense of humor. She never would have made it through my teen years without it.

It is so important these days to have good, smart, covered up role models for girls of all ages! I don't know who selena is, but if she's not tarty, I'm all for it.

I agree about Miley. She just seems to me to be two steps away from going off the deep end. I think her Disney contract is keeping her in check.

Bless BF's heart. We caught some of the Celebrity Fit Club on VH1 and he was like "WHY is Nicole Eggert on this show? She's not fat!". I love this man.

I only said "I hate you" to mom once too. Learned my lesson on that one. Just the look on my mom's face was enough to never say it again.

Selena is a little cutie pie. She even use to play on Barney but I try not to hold that against her.

Miley just comes across as fake.

Good morning and happy Palm Sunday, if you observe. Still crazy chilly, but clear and bright. Can't complain really. Have to get kitty to the vet tomorrow by 7:30, which is always fun trying to get her into the carrier...

I stayed up way too late watching Fraggle Rock. That's sounds like an oxymoron. Or just makes me look like a moron. Its really clever...I can appreciate it differently now that I'm several years beyond. Some things made me laugh out loud!
