I was just telling DH about that Valentine thread. I told him that I thought the reason why the poster was so upset was that her DH did not listen to her about not liking Spas. So my DH looks at me and says, "I know, I know. You don't like Dark Chocolate. Sheesh, every year you find some way to tell me that but this time was really a round about way."

M&N: I've been having the same issues as you. I came here the other day and was signed out. I was pretty upset because I couldn't remember my password but then I found it. Phew! But this place has been kicking me off for the last two days and I have to keep logging in everytime I come back on here.

It's doing the same thing to me. Drive me NUTS!

That is the smartest idea I've ever heard! i always say we should have a week off in late Jan or Feb becuase THAT is when you really want to escape to somewhere warm and sunny. But no, we get off two weeks at Easter this year. And then go until the end of June. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Man, how can you hate spas? and a $300 GC is an excellent gift. She can send that one right over to me. I know the point is that the husband wasn't really paying attention to what she does like, but maybe what she likes didn't really inspire him.

I'm with that poster. No matter how wonderful a massage may make you feel, the idea of a stranger touching me like that (especially w/o dinner and a movie first ) gives me the creeps. Friends bought me a massage gift cert. once and I ended up giving it away.

Hope everyone had a nice VD lmao: still makes me giggle) We don't observe that holiday..but if there's candy at half price we'll buy it. Of course it doesn't help that 30 yrs ago we buried my father on that day.

We are leaving in a week to go to Las Vegas. Our first nephew is getting married. We have to go early to keep DMIL out of trouble. She wants to learn how to play the slot machines. I don't want to spend too much as we have a cruise in April. Such temptations.
