Well, I signed the family up to do the Disney "Give a Day..." We're all going to volunteer at a charity event for the American Lung Assoc. Its an event where participants climb stairs (40 flights) in one of our downtown buildings to raise money. Volunteers register, give water, direct traffic, give snacks, etc. to the participants. We'll see how it goes. They still have to schedule us for a time and then I have to fill out paper work for Disney to arrange for the tickets. Should be fun.

I just checked our local weather and now instead of snow being listed on Wednesday, it just says blizzard.

Hee hee, JOCA, I was just laughing about my forecast. Aside from snow for every day in the next 8 days, for Wednesday, it just says "significant accumulation". Where as tomorrow's 4-6 inches isn't significant enough....

D&D...that's great for the volunteering. Although the idea of running up 40 flights of stairs is just scary!

That stupid groundhog...just said more winter...it doesn't have to get carried away. I had 20 inches--so they say. Some places 10 miles away had 22-24. And now of course we are getting at least 12 more??? At least I will be at my house for this one. Neighbors cleaned my driveway and sidewalk for me while I was at Mom's. I had to clean what the snow plow put back but a neighbor saw me shoveling and came out and helped.
