MK, it's still the cold weather that makes it so hard. I hate being outside when it's cold. Even taking the kiddos out for the bus is horrible. But once spring and some warmer weather gets here, I plan on getting out there taking the kids for long walks. And besides, once it gets warm I crave healthy salads and the such.

You know, last night I dreamed of Boma....I can't wait to see what dreams I'll have after tonight's convo!

I eat a lot of fresh fruit come warmer months, but I never crave HEALTHY salads. I like the bad stuff: Caesar salad, taco salad, mandarin chicken salad. bad, bad, bad...

In the summer, give me a "plain" salad with some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, and onion. Add a little vinaigrette dressing and I'm good to go. I make a big bowl of it and pick at it all day.

We also make a lot of veggie shish kebobs. DH will grill up a whole bunch on the weekend and we'll add rice or noodles during the week for a quick meal.

The Hershey trip is for the last week in June. We met up last year in July. This one is shaping up nicely.

Pikester is arriving on/around June 20th. The rest of us should be there on June 23rd. Most will be leaving on the 25th except for MK who is booked until the 26th.

As of last count, with possible attendees, we are up to 20 people. I don't think Hershey will ever be the same.

We had a wonderful time last year. There are no words to describe meeting people that you feel like you've known forever but have never seen face to face. In reality, it should have been a bit awkward but it never was. It was like meeting family.
