Oh and D&D, whenever I see "Happy VD" in your siggie I don't think Valentine's Day.

Good morning ladies! Bright and sunny here, although everyone south of me is in a full-on panic about today's upcoming storm.

Hee hee, Pikester, I know what you think of when you see "VD"...I think it too...toast to the 80's mentality!

I have my Team USA polo shirt out already.....while I love almost every event, I'm really excited to see curling. The curling events were sold out, which has never happened. I got into it during Torino and I looking forward to seeing those cuties again. Its a strange sport, but when you think about the physics involved, its really cool.a

D&D, I never even look at who anyone else picked. So we picked the same people? Well then, great minds is the right phrase.
I think we're just one racer different. :thumbsup2

D&D---separate posts---wasting a post to put 2 in 1! no wonder you are 10 behind me! :lmao:
Mom had to call the cable co about her box...thankfully she has a contract. I don't use th box so I miss out on several channels.
Those big new tvs make the cars bigger too!!!
I'm trying to conserve TKer pages. At least I CARE!!!
We don't have cable so the converter box I speak of is that thingy you had to buy last June to upgrade your OLD TVs. Our 25" TV is about 15 yrs old so I guess we are due for an upgrade.

Nothing, just like to rag on you racing ladies!

That's the intention!! :lmao:
Oh...one other thing...Can you get VD on your noggin?

Hey, this is a family friendly site so posting one of "those" smilies is not allowed.
So the line is drawn at farting & boogers right???:rotfl2:

Why does the candy bar in your siggie say Hers? Are you selfish???:lmao:

Congrats to M&N and D&DDisney for 4000 posts! :worship:

I only watch speed to watch "Wrecked". It's about tow truck drivers. I like seeing the messes they have to deal with. :rolleyes1

I hope everyone gets less snow than predicted. :wizard: It's sunny here today. :cheer2:

trying to decide when to hit disney...thinking maybe spring break....or maybe summer...dunno:confused3 also have a few other places to hit...but when:confused:

Well, I started a thread earlier and nobody posted on it! I had to post on it again to keep it alive.

MKggapril...both those times are pretty busy, so I'd factor in the heat during the summer versus the cooler weather of spring break.

Is everyone out shoveling snow?

I highly recommend Dec. (the weeks BEFORE) Christmas. It is fantastic!!!
:thumbsup2
Or if you can, Sept - Nov (before TG). Slow times with very nice weather.

ok you guys...I have my wine, and just had a bite and everyone is gone....HURRY UP ALREADY!!

ok, hmmm...maybe i will check out spring break things. we were going to just get in the car and hit panama but...maybe vegas?

mkgaapril...i guess it depends on what you want to get out of your vacations. Is time not an issue--like you can go anytime? Are you planning more of a getaway or a family vacay?

I've been to Disney at those times that D&D recomended and they are fantastic! I second those times! The parks are really easy, the weather is lovely, and we've been able to do more stuff around Orlando outside the parks.

Although I do like to gamble, I don't have enough money to make Vegas really fun.

the only time I havent been to Disney is Christmas....we just decided to maybe go take a trip in April. We have every year for 10 years for our anniversary. Last year it was Maui. I am looking for deals etc and then from there. I usually have all this done by now...but I have become a slacker.lolol.

We've been to Disney in September after labor day. We've also gone late August and during T-day week. Late August and last September were by far the least crowded.

But if you haven't been to Disney to see the Christmas decorations, you really should go then.
