It's only Monday, so I haven't even thought about them. I do think I'm putting Jr on my list this week. He's usually good at Bristol. And I think Kenseth will be on the list.

I'm doing Jr...he didn't do top 10 last year though. Kyle won last year. I also want Matt and Kevin. Maybe Denny. Of course we should pick Brad...he'll get past Carl somehow.

There were a couple of other disers on line so I try to play when they are. We all seem to like the games and help each other out. And they are actually pretty nice.....

I think I may avoid Kyle for while. Everytime I pick him, he gets caught up in some kind of on-track crap. I must be his bad luck charm. I think Kurt will be on my list as well. As much as he annoys me, he's good at Bristol. Hopefully he won't do any snow angels without the snow.

That's the Polish Victory Lap!!!(They do everything a**backwards) Rusty use to do that (I think). And before anybody gets up in arms, DH is Polish and it's the biggest joke in our house.

I believe "The Polish Victory Lap" was done by Alan Kulwicki since he is Polish and then like you said done in his honor after he was killed. I was watching racing more back then. I actually drove around with a #7 in the window of my car for a couple of weeks as a tribute.

Just looked it up: After Kulwicki won his first race at Phoenix International Raceway, he debuted what would become his trademark "Polish Victory Lap".

Good morning! Its sunny here too M&N! And its supposed to remain nice for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, all the sunshine just highlights how ugly my lawn is right now. The lawn is still soggy, so I have an excuse to avoid it at the moment. I hate lawn work. I'm just no good with it. Its yucky.

Its not quite warm enough to put my laundry outside. I like to dry my bedlinens on the line. It just doesn't seem as fresh from the dryer.

I finally used the new pots! I had washed them last week and put them nicely in the cupboard but have been avoiding actually cooking on them (well, actually cooking altogether....). My scrambled eggs turned out lovely and fluffy. And so easy to wash! Its a brand new lifestyle for me...

Get out and enjoy the sunshine everyone!

Goodness I'm an idiot sometimes! I was so busy doing the Happy Dance about the Sting tickets I didn't look, really look at things.

The concert is on a Friday. Friday's are Parents day. I didn't get her a ticket to go with us. So my options are: give her my ticket or get another one.

Come on now, its Sting.

I got another ticket, and God is so good to me. There was one seat available, in the row in front of my other two tickets, a few seats down. So while we won't be sitting next to each other, we will be able to see each other and enjoy. Most important, we can find out seats together and go back and forth to the car. Its a big venue and I'd lose them otherwise.

So still doing the Happy Dance! Still going to see Sting! Not so silly now, but have to be careful buying tickets next week for Celtic Woman....
