Kerrie, you dirty thing! But I wouldn't waste an opportunity, although he's really not my type. Now, if Clive Owen were an option...yum!

I just got back from the racino. I played my free play this week. I walked out with $400! Goes right into the vacation fund...tomorrow is free grill (faux Foreman) that I'll pick up and give to my nephew for college....

You are the luckiest person I know! :worship:

I was just giving you guys a hard time about Jiminy. ;) We have grasshoppers and crickets around here. If a cricket gets in the house I'll catch it and release it. The grasshoppers seem to have enough sense to stay out.

I like bison but they are dangerous. They cause more human deaths in Yellowstone than anything else. People confuse Disney and Yellowstone.

I've taken to running into the bathroom with my winning tickets and taking a picture of them in the stall and sending it to BF. He wouldn't believe me otherwise. I know he doubted my theory of hugging and talking to the machines, or getting a "feeling" from a machine...but it works for me.

Now, being hurt by a bison in Yellowstone just makes me sad. There's a pair at the zoo in Hershey and I talked to them for about 20 minutes. There wasn't a crowd around them like there was at the wolf enclosure. I'm sure they wanted to give me a hug too.

Kerrie, I'm short too....its all about proportion. I'm terribly short-waisted---really, more roly-poly---but I like to wear skirts of all sorts. I'm so uncomfortable in jeans.

Kitty, staying and talking to the bison is very cute. The last two times we've been to Disney, we've had the hardest time getting my mil away from the gorillas. She would stay and talk to them all day. Of course, this last trip was much harder because one had a 6 week old baby. She was adorable.

I'm going to Atlantic City on Sunday/Monday...will you come touch my slot machine??? Pleaasseeee. :rotfl:

Pepper....you have to LUUUUUVVVVV the machine. Pet it, talk to it, tell it you guys are a couple. Don't just sit down at any machine. Pick one that "calls" to you. Look for one that you have something in common with---I like to sit at the Asian-themed ones, or the ones that have pretty jewels. Hey, and GOOD LUCK BABY!

The only machine I walk away with $400 from is the ATM.

What is going on with all the dirty minds today? Its just too funny!

Kerrie, I try to stay away from the ATM as much as possible. Its too similar to a slot machine...I may think I'm winning all the time!

That being said, I do miss the days when you got real quarters out of the machine. I used to love hearing all the money drop. Now they have machines that play the fake money song, but somehow its just not the same....

That just doesn't sound right.

I don't go to the ATM much, either. I've never played slots of any kind. We were going to go to Vegas for DH's 30th birthday, but big suprise, I got pregnant. Next to current youngest was a few weeks old when DH turned 30.

How is the pregnancy going? Maybe DH can rub your tummy for luck next time...ooh, nevermind...that's how you got the bump in the first place! Hee hee....

I don't think it was from rubbing my tummy. ;) :rotfl:

I'm ready to be done with the first trimester. Who am I kidding? I'm ready to be done being pregnant. Still nauseous. In fact, I was able to vomit this morning before I had even eaten. Oh the joys of pregnancy. Lucky me, I even have nose bleeds like I had with my oldest. I must be quite a sight, a lovely shade of green, bulging mid-section with a blood coming out of my nose. :sad2: On the bright side, only about 28 more weeks. :thumbsup2

Oh no...that sounds absolutely miserable! But its just the first trimester, right? Everyone is treating you well and helping you get through this tough time?

Thanks, the ice pack day was not one of my shining moments. I'm on my last day of antibiotics and its made a world of difference. Still a cough, but mostly to get gunk out...

No comment. ;)

There's far too much to do to take a day off. On the bad days, I rest more. But, there is no way to rest all day. Diapers have to be changed, dishes and laundry need to be done, mouths need to be fed. That's life in a big family. I try to remember that one day I'll have plenty of them there to take care of me when I need a diaper change. :rotfl:

THats's very true! But you also have to go through the teen years first!
