Mary ~ She is absolutely gorgeous...please give her a big kiss from me. We had the throw up issue with DS and had to switch around formulas...ended up on Good Start and that seemed to help a lot.

Gina ~ Congrats on finishing your paper...there was a guy in residence with me in uni who use to run the halls with a ghetto blaster playing the Hallelujah chorus from Handel's Messiah whenever he finished a paper...no matter what the time!!

Morning! It is freakin cold here. I had to go drag out the sweatshirts I had packed away. Thought we would be good with just having some long sleeve shirts but noooo, we get some kind of freak cold spell.

MK, have a wonderful and glorious day Epcot. Walk through some shops for me since I never seem to have enough time to do that when we are there.

Marie, sometimes it is hard having 4 kids but other times it's easy. The youngest 2 are close in age so they have a playmate all the time. When I'm not playing referee that part is very nice. And the only bad thing about when we travel is finding a hotel room big enough for all of us that doesn't cost an arm and leg.

Yup it's a balmy 46*F here today...the forecast isn't great either rainy and high 50s...it's not great when I have to go to the mountains to find heat...it is suppose to by 70s and sunny in Denver this weekend.

Guess Kitty is leaving on a jet plane.... Wish I were leaving too! I could use another vacation but then I am always ready for that. I did notice that my ticker is under the 6 month mark so that is exciting.

Good morning! DH is off work today so I actually got to sleep in. Wooo!!! It's supposed to be in the 80s today, maybe I can convince Wes to take us all out. Yesterday we had all the tornadoes...today is supposed to be much calmer. Let's hope so!
JO & Ev, Rylan was on Good Start so that's what we started Elowyn on. We wound up switching to Enfamil with her...they have some spit up one that has helped her. We ran out of the Enfamil yesterday so I gave her some of the Good Start until Wes got off work and could buy more Enfamil. She had an ounce and promptly threw it all back up. Fortunately, it was around the time that Wes would be home with the Enfamil so she didn't go hungry.
M&N...that pic with Mickey is actually Rylan when he was about 4 months old. He LOVES Mickey!!

Gina - congrats on finishing your paper!

Oh Ev - what's eyebrow waxing like? I'm considering that or threading...have only been plucking.

Thought I would check in before heading off to work. ben and I are working on our cabin decor for Hershey (thinking of a U of M theme should be fun stuff!!!).

Well MagiKitty should be in Orlando by now, maybe even in Epcot.

Been nice here just trying to hang on until Memorial Day to turn on the AC. Once it goes on we don't turn it off until Oct.. This is the only time my electric and n gas bills are low.

Just sent off for my free planning DVD for WDW. We want to go to the Keys and Everglades also. Gary wants to watch the Players Championship so we have to figure out what order we are visiting everything. I prefer to leave WDW for last as the grand finale, but I also want to see the Flower and Garden Festival. Decisions...and this isn't until next May.

I need to finish the closet I started on. I have my flannel sheets in a bag you hook up to the vacuum cleaner and it sucks the air out and takes up less closet space. My cousin called to go out for lunch. We met in Hershey. She's got a 2 yr old. It takes her a while to warm up but then we had a good time. We also went to Chocolate World...they have a little ride in there that shows about the factory and making chocolate. She calls it the cow ride because they have singing cows at the start of it. We then had to walk all around the gift shop and look at things---especially the cows! I did get a few sheets of paper and some stickers at the scrapbook store at the outlets. They had Sea World things to but I could not remember what I had. Just guess I'll have to go back. I don't have those pics developed yet anyway.

Oh well Mary---it was a cute pic anyway. I guess I didn't read the names...I was just enjoying the pics!

Marie---those questions are far too 'deep' for me to even think about on a dreary day!

DL55---Just make whatever plans...you know that they will be changed many times before then---just ask JO about it!!!

Hello dear friends!

Things here are going ok...just adjusting to two kids. My mom went back home on Saturday and I'm torn between missing the help yet enjoying the stress free environment (my mom and I aren't always on the best of terms). Elowyn is doing well. She still has some eating issues sometimes, but not near as bad as before. We switched her to a different formula that helps with spit up which I think has been helping her...though she still occasionally throws up. The EARLIEST I could get an appointment for her to be checked was the beginning of June. Rylan is just loving her to bits with his hugs and curiosity. He's become quite an affectionate little boy since she's been here. Even came up to me and gave me a big hug while I was on the floor picking some stuff up. My heart just melted! I'm healing up nicely and I'm enjoying being able to see my feet again. I've been getting the chills a lot lately and still have trouble with my blood sugar (I had gestational diabetes) so I've been careful with what I've been eating. Otherwise, aside from the lack of sleep, I'm good!

Anyway, here's my little cutie...taken on hospital discharge day!

Now what's this I hear about MK going to Disney and not taking us with her! Tragic! (but really, MK, I'm super excited for you...what an amazing deal!!)

Mere - I hope you feel better, hon...wish I could give you a hug!!
