That is one heck of a long day.

We have to take DD14 shopping for new shoes on Sunday. She has a chorus concert on Monday and she just has to have new shoes. We might be gone all day too.

It will be a very long day! But I don't mind really. We don't get to see my cousin too often. He lives all the way out on Long Island and I usually only get as far as JFK!

Good luck with the shoes shopping. Its terrible when you HAVE to look for something, and you go all over...I may have to stop at Old Navy this weekend. Everything in the store is 30% off. They have a really cute skirt that I've had my eye on.

Tell DD good luck on the concert on Monday. break a leg!

Come on spring! I need to get into my cute clothes already!

Old Navy has 30% off everything? I guess I should add that to my list for Sunday. DD14 needs new shorts. That is one of the few places that we can agree on price and the length.

I love how "Don't Stop Believin" has really come back. Its a great song altogether, but just singing the chorus is a great message. of course, I'm a little biased when it comes to Journey....

Kyle better finish up in the top 5 --- I picked him for this weekend. Unless of course, he qualifies poorly.

As I sit here I am streaming a local radio station and not long from now they will be doing a segmant called "The weekly punch in the face". You can call in and give someone a "poke in the eye", a "round house kick" or a "punch in the face". The only rule is you can't say buisnesses names or last names

I like this idea, but I wouldn't know where to start.

Is it really the end of the school year? We go to late June here....

Kids finish on June 11. It really is coming up fast!

Dad's flight doesn't get in until 930p. But I'm leaving in the morning, driving to drop off boxes then to my cousin's house for lunch. We'll be celebrating Mother's day early for both my mother (who he's very close to) and his wife, who's celebrating for the first time. I'm going to get my grubby hands on the baby! So it'll be a long day for me, we probably won't be back until after midnight.

Sunny and temps around 80. The only problem is that it is SUPER windy - but I'll take it anyway.

Weather was nice when we returned..in the 80s but today it's only supposed be in the 60s today. I'm not supposed to be wearing slacks by this time of year.
