(we need these smilies on FB!!)Yeah! M&N returns! Can you tell we missed you? Did you have a wonderful time? How was Sea World? Did you end up going to Bahama Breeze?
Brr...its cold outside! Its still raining out there and its only 40-something. Crappy mail day too. Cat still missing.
M&N...you're the only bright spot to my day!
I like your new kitties in siggie. Did you loose a real kitty? So sad...did he walk away? I haven't read back yet. Finally got 1 vote in...yeah!
No tv for a week? I really don't watch all that much but I do watch some. You can see some stuff online can't you---or is that cheating? HA!
Who is Mary? I guess I missed her. Where is she from?
Pepper, I've been to a lot of live tapings. I went to see Dr.Phil years ago. A GF of mine was working on the Paramount lot. Dr.Phils has been working with a particular family for nearly 6 years now. It started when the older daughter got pregnant at 15. SHe's now nearly 22, has two children with two different men, and is expecting a third with another man. Today's episode is that the 2 year old has documented suspicious bruising on her neck and the boyfriend is one that's been accused.
I would think after working with them for 6 years and it just getting more and more complicated, Dr.Phil hasn't been doing a good job.
I've seen Dr.Phil, Ellen, Craig Ferguson, The Price is Right, The Cosby Show, Martha Stewart, and who wants to be a millionaire (of course!). I'm still trying to get tickets to see Oprah and the View. But those are like Golden TIckets!

Pepper---maybe too much pepper on food? HA! Could not help it...that stuff tickles my nose!

Nah, Pepper was a Dalmatian I had a few years ago (like 10 ish) that we had to get rid of. I felt sorry for him at the pet store becasue they had him stuffed in a too small cage so I bought him...along with two other dalmatians (bad idea...now I just call the humane society and report them.)
Apparently dalmatians DO NOT like to be inside alone all day...thing was he was so lovable so we tried to get him training etc..but in the end it was not fair to him to leave him cooped up all day...not to mention I was running out of furniture. So we gave him away to a friend of my brothers who lived in WV. He ended up living a long happy life as a country dog. We actually ended up giving away all three to the same farm, but Pepper was a pretty cool scree name...much better than Ralphie and Penny haha.

Pike, its Joy that drives me nuts. I really don't give much credence to Elisabeth's views, but she's a brave one on there. Joy just takes cheap shots and tries to get a laugh, regardless of how callous the statement.
Yes, I really did lose a cat. Its been three days now and I"m so upset by it. I feel like a bad mother. I've been going outside at all hours (and weather) to look for her. Thing is, my yard borders a forest, so really she could be anywhere. I just hope she comes home soon....
I hope maybe it is at a neighbors. I hope she comes home soon.Oh MK I am so sorry you didn't find the cat.I hope maybe it is at a neighbors. I hope she comes home soon.
Y'all have got such fun siggies!
I have a funny story about Ellen. I tried to see her in LA. I hadn't rented a car, so I went from my friends house via bus, subway, and more buses to get to Burbank to Ellen's taping, to stand in line for over an hour in the heat, only to be turned away at security coz I had a cell phone with a camera! They said no cameras allowed, I had to leave it outside. Thing is, they had nowhere to keep it. So I had to go back! I wrote complaint letters, and told everyone I knew about how badly I was treated by the Ellen staff.
The following year, when Ellen came to NY, her show called me and asked if I'd like tickets! We had upfront seats at her show in Central Park. I was amazed they had actually paid attention to my letters. And I got to see Beyonce and Justin Timberlake up close!
