my mom hangs hers up on the wall, on a hook

Sorry, just punchy and this struck me as funny.

It was a Broccoli Cheddar Rice Bake.
You don't have much longer to wait until your trip! Woooohooo!

Four months may seem like a while, but I had to wait 485 days and I thought this trip was never going to come. Now its next week.
I was being crazy this afternoon. I noticed that the airline that we are taking had a plane leaving today at the exact same time that we are leaving next week. I spent part of the afternoon watching the status of the plane on the Orlando International Airport site.
I hope you find her soon. Wink takes an annual trip each December. Her one night out. Scares the crude out of me because we have so many wild animals. Maybe she's found a place safe and dry and is waiting out the storms. Do you have a neighbor that might have taken her in?

MK, with the lousy weather, she's probably taken shelter somewhere warm and dry, and will return when it gets nicer out.
A friend of mine just got back from vacation and told me the worst story. She was crying even telling it, that's how traumatized she is. After visiting the Phils, she went on to Malaysia, where she was going to meet her niece. Her niece was delayed a few days in arrival, so she went to Kuala Lampur by herself. She landed and went to the hotel by taxi at night. The next morning, some fake diplomats came to her door, saying she was flagged at the airport. They searched her room and took all her personal belongings. She had hidden her passpost and wallet, so they didn't get those.
They told her that she was being accused of smuggling illegal items into the country, although after a search they couldn't find anything. They told her not to leave the hotel until they came back to clear her. Frantic, she called her husband who called the US embassy, who told him this is a common scam. The embassy came and escorted her to a new hotel until she could be flown out on the next available flight. They even disguised her upon leaving the hotel, saying that often these criminals have eyes in the hotels to monitor what the guests were doing.
Did anyone see that movie Taken? Its just like that. SOOOO scary. I'm just glad that she's back and ok.
OMG how scary!!!!!! I'm glad I'm staying with a tour group in Ireland, and with my sister in Turkey. All I have is 2 nights at the airport hotel in Istanbul, but I've stayed there before, and am not concerned. Glad I didn't hear about this last year before I went to Scotland ALONE!!!
That is a very good idea!
Someone should create a little cord organizing tray that you can label each section with the electronic device the cord belongs to.
And if someone DOES invent this, and you see one, please let me know. I need 3, at least! And what on earth is/was a Caboodle?? Never heard of it!
Ev, sorry you're still feeling crummy. Hope it clears up soon.
I spent the morning at the pool, watching my little fishy win 2 silver medals (backstroke and breast stroke). She would have had a gold on the breast stroke, but her goggles fell off on the 2nd leg and she got a bit lost!![]()
Hey ladies...still no Chi-Chi. I felt kinda bad with all that's going on in the world, praying for a lost cat in church, but I think God understands.

What is the Eurorail? It sounds kinda fun...like a hobo. Although you are right, International is dangerous anymore. Kinda sad really. After college, I went on the Eurorail with a friend for three weeks. Now I know just how silly that was. We were young and stupid, sleeping on trains and finding hotels where we could. People do suck and our world is just so scary sometimes.

I don't gamble or play cards-I was raised Baptist and they bounced me out for smoking, drinking and dancing long before I got to cards and gambling.
