It seems like the list keeps growing doesn't it? Or does it just seem like it because it's Christmas?

My friend who had the stroke lost her peripheral vision so cannot drive. she's going to have eye surgery but it will not help this problem but may help her at least read a little better. This problem with the focusing was not caused by the stroke like the peripheral vision was. Also my 89 yr old friend may have to have cataract surgery. The eye dr doesn't think it's that bad but it is really bothering my friend. Her family dr has to agree to it first.

There's a coastal storm coming up on Sunday...depends on how close to the coast it comes!

It depends on how much of the coast it hits. We have gotten those northeastern things pretty bad. A lot of our snow comes from the south too. The weathermen are being dramatic about this one...the computer models don't agree yet! What did they do before computers? I think part of the deal is others have gotten snow and we really haven't gotten much of anything here. I did have some sticking to the side streets but not at mom's.

I think the storm is coming Sunday so you should be ok for next week...just cold!

Pepper ~ Sorry I missed you...when DH questions my shopping he gets give the list and told to do it himself if he thinks he can do a better job...I usually backs down quick...when we were first together he questioned how I folded clothes...everytime I did laundry the basket got dumped at his feet...so he knows I mean business!!

I was watching Nemo but got on here instead. I need to get the Shrek new ones and Despickable Me. Did you see the ad for the goggles?

My right arm hurts...when I'm on the computer too much or carrying things. It got bad while at DW taking all those pics! Going to put stuff on it. It takes longer to get ready for bed. Have to brush, floss, stimulate my gums and put creams on face, feet and now the arm! I won't complain...at least I still can do it myself!

Not much new here...light snow falling. Still trying to figure out the best day to venture out and finish my Christmas shopping. The north/south highway is still closed...day 5 now...but I can go inland and try and get away from the wind and snow squalls.
