tkd lisa's new years resolution (comments welcome)

:jumping3: :jumping3: :jumping3: SIX POUNDS GONE!!! :jumping3: :jumping3: :jumping3:

:jumping1: A NEW CLIPPIE!!!! :jumping1:

With everything else going on, you managed to lose 6 pounds??!! Your new clippie is looking very beautiful!!

I'm so glad to hear DD is feeling better and home again!
:sunny:

Doreen, the fact that I ate absolutely nothing for 2 days, and my heart was going about 100 beats a minute probably was the cause of that 6 pounds. Stress does amazing things!

Anyway, journal for 3/31 (from memory cause I left it at home)
am: 2 eggs, 1 slice toast (1C)
cheese
lunch: tuna, cheese, crackers (1C)
cashews (1C)
pm: Leftover outback stuff
steak mixed veggies

3 C total

WHOA!!! 6 pounds?!?!! I'm sorry that you're under so much stress but WOW. Maybe I should get stressed out a bit! :) Seriously, I'm so glad your dd is doing better. I dont think I could have handled any of that as well as you did.

Just wanted to pop in and say :wave2: . Have a great day today.

Desiree, no one in my family likes liver either. I get it when we are at a local greasy spoon. My mother was a terrible cook, and liver was one of the few things she made that was edible, so I never hated it like most people.

:wave2: Hi Lisa,
Just stopping by to wish you a Happy Monday :sunny: !

lisa, i'm just sitting here in awe watching that cheat free clippie continuously going up up up! maybe it's something about the name lisa...our zeraspride lisa reached 100 not too long ago, and it looks like you're approaching that point too!! how exciting :bounce:

good point about finishing up your kids' stuff. i know it's hard to waste stuff, but like you said, little bits do add up. but at least you're journaling it and counting it...you could easily just think to yourself that it was so little that it doesn't need to get counted. way to be accountable ::yes::

hope you have a great day :sunny:

Thanks Marsha, I can'at believe it's 97 days now. It really hasn't been that hard. I will be proud of that 100 day clippie though! edited to add today was weigh in day and I stayed the same. I expected it cause it was TOM. I actually thought I might have gained a bit, so was happy to maintain.

Lisa, your cheat free bear clippie is truly amazing! You're almost at 100! You've been doing a great job!! Maintaining during TOM might mean a visit from the Whoosh Fairy is soon to follow! I'm crossing my fingers for ya!! ::yes::

Oh, and about that "finishing up for the kids" stuff. Lisa, ya gotta learn to just throw the last couple bites away! If the kids can't finish it and you don't need it - then off to the trash it goes! :p Of course, if taking one or two bites of McFlurry keep you from going off plan in a bigger way, then fine, but please don't feel obligated to finish it, OK?

I hope you have a wonderful day!! :sunny:

One more piece of excitement. I am officially wearing size 6 jeans today! And they fit nicely thank you very much. The 8s are just really loose, and Land's End had a pair of 6s on overstocks so I bought them just to see.

Have a great Easter weekend everyone.
