TIW Card Purchase and AP Pick Up

Been busy with everything else and completely forgot the process to pick up our DVC AP's?? Going into MK tonight, so I know I can activate at the window---but I don't see where we have a paper voucher??? I have the voucher on line on.my MDE page.

Also, where can I get a TIW card since we are staying at the Poly tonight, and headed to Chef Mickeys....really don't want to have to go far to pick it up, so winders if they had them at the concierge desk?

1. You don't need anything but your legal ID.
2. At Guest Relations in front of MK gates. (#9 on the map below.)

Good thing is GR can get your AP and TiW all in one stop. Ticket window can only do the AP.

So, if we are staying at OKW, is there somewhere there to pick up hour AP/TIW cards? Or can we go to guest relations at DS, or only at a GR outside a park? We are either going to Epcot first or DS.

The Guest Relations at both Disney Springs and Epcot can handle both your AP and TIW needs.

Side note the TTC does not sell TIW.

Just a warning - I told told on the phone you need an ID and the credit card you charged the voucher to when you get to guest relations.

Photo ID is for sure, but there are many times when the guest does not have in her/his possession the actual CC used.
It would be good to have it, but there are times when it is just not possible.
Guests are generally not refused their tickets if they don't have the CC in question.

And, it never hurts to repeat that what guests are told "on the phone" far too often may have little bearing in "reality" when at WDW.

We needed ID's but did not need the CC to get the TIW or activate the AP. On a really cool note, we were upgraded to the 13mos AP--even though I first bought the voucher in Feb, before the offer!!
