How much does a broker usually charge for doing a title search? Would this charge be a separate charge from the cost of the timeshare? TIA!

We recently paid $50.00 bucks for our title search...

Usually, the closing company would be the one to perform and charge for a title search. It would be included in the closing costs and that can even be negotiated with the seller regarding who would pay those costs.

Usually the closing agent will charge on a sliding scale based on the amount of the purchase price.
