Title Company for Closing

Can anyone recommend a title company for closing a DVC contract? The one I have used previously evidently is no longer doing DVC closings.

We used vacation world title. They were very fast. We had closin documents within 7 days after passing ROFR and the day after I returned documents they closed it.

LT transfers is an internet based company that's significantly cheaper and gets good reviews from TUG but if you're buying through a broker it might not be the best route.

We used First American Trust and they were excellent. Our broker was Cammy. She always responded to emails within 24 hours. We got our closing docs within a day or two of passing ROFR and closed within 2 weeks of returning the docs and payment I think we would have closed sooner but it took the seller over a week to return his docs.

Magic vacation title has been terrible for me.
Oct 15th email for escrow doc
Said they were ready to move along with closing but needed me to fill out a paper for escrow. No problem got it back right away
Dec 13 I emailed agent asking what was up with contract. Said she sent closing papers nov 24th to buyer and seller but didn't recieve either parties paperwork. I never recieved an email with closing papers. Specifically asked to have her forward me the letter she sent. She added my email address AFTER the fact, when she resent the docs dec 15. Broker was the one who told me she was lying.

It seems all the title companies are hit or miss.
