So tired of not being able to access AP hotel rates on the ap site. It's almost never available so I had to call for a rate. Almost no hold time, which was great. Once I got on the phone with the CM it took nearly 15 minutes just to get a rate on a room. She asked the type of room I wanted and my dates of travel: standard at PPH. I had to verify my name, address, phone number, e-mail address, kids names and all of our bdays. She refused to provide a rate without this information.
Finally, 15 minutes later she told me there were no rooms available. Thank you so much! She couldn't have said that at the begining of the call?
