does anyone know it the Joy of Tea cart in China still serves the Tipsy Ducks in Love? I am making my list of drinks for my next trip but it isn't on the menu.

Yes! I think there would be an uproar if it suddenly disappeared. It's never been on the regular menu for some reason? It's always been on a sign that chills on the counter of the cart.
