My family won't be going to the World until summer of 2009 
, so I'm hoping gratuity will be put back in by next year! (one can only hope)
Anyway, in checking out the brochure for this year (yes, I'm already looking!!), I noticed there ARE a few places that tips are included:
Aloha Luau at the Polynesian
Cinderella's Royal Table
Hoop Dee Doo Revue
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
In-room pizza delivery to a few places (POP in particular, where we'd probably stay)
I'm running numbers on whether to do the DDP or DxDDP -- if we do the deluxe and do lots of these 2 TS shows, this makes the value of having the plan go up (at least a little) in my book.
