Since you are headed down to WDW, I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume you are interviewing for a position at WDW.
Here's my background. I was hired at the
Disneyland Resort many moons ago to be a Storybook Girl, learned many attractions throughout Disneyland, then moved to Human Resources, and finally left Disney in 2003 to raise my family!
The key to your interview will be PERSONABILITY. Good manners, clear communication, enthusiasm for Disney(without going overboard), and confidence are the deciding factors in offering you a position. Also important are a clean, neat apppearance and good availability for your schedule.
Well spoken, neat, confident, available people will be offered positions in front of the house operations be it for guest or internal guests/other CMS. These jobs include attractions, stores, costuming, security, custodial, entertainment, hotel and food service. Other may be offered back of the house positions that include maintenance, night custodial, landscaping, etc. Keep in mind that it takes many thousands of CMs to run WDW and its many resort hotels. When I left Disney in 2003, the Disneyland Resort and its 3 resort hotels employed 10-12K CMs year round.
Good luck in your interview and keep us posted!

PS DH, DH's best friend, DHBF's girl friend, and I all interviewed at the same time. The two girls got hired to be Storybook girls, BF was hired to be a Jungle Cruise skipper, and DH...
asked too many questions and wasn't offered a position.
It all worked out in the long run as DH didn't have that "Disney" energy and now is in a great field doing a fantastic job.
