Tips for teachers aide interview?

I'm interviewing tomorrow at an elementary school for a teachers aide position in kindergarten. I have been a sub for teachers and aides for the last 6 yrs at this school. Any tips on the interview process for the school system. All tips will be greatly appreciated!

Ok: Is it a 1:1 aide for a special education student or just a regular classroom aide

think of classroom management tools-- there will be scenario type questions like "What would you do if a student refuses to listen?" "What would you do if a student hits another student on the playground?", "How would you stop students from bullying one another?"

There will be questions on flexibility.. with a sub cert, they will pull you to do your teachers job if she is out-- be prepared for questions on flexbility, adapting to change, and educational philosophy.

If it is a 1:1 aide position, there will be different types of questions: ranging from what the student needs in his/her IEP.
