Tips for Sharing a Room with a Snorer

Get a sound machine.

I always bring one to WDW, just to muffle all the outside sounds, and it works great.

Just crank it up.

When we travel, I always take a white noise machine, desk-top fan, and ear plugs.

My hubby is the worlds loudest snorer, I am a very light sleeper. We have had separate bedrooms and he still ends up on the couch sometimes, but I have had some success. I use earplugs, I have tried every kind and the best are the purple ones at Wal-mart. The pink lady ones are not dense enough and the orange ones expand too much and make my ears hurt. I also take Advil PM, it's strong enough to get a little sleep but not so much it makes you groggy in the morning. A small fan is nice too. Don't fixate on the rattling sound of snoring. I picture myself hearing waves.

For about a year. It worked from the very first night!
He was tested for SA and it came back as "mild" and he did not want to do the CPAP thing.
