Tips for first couple hours on-board

I was hoping to get some tips on what to do on the DREAM for the first few hours.

- How long is lunch served on the Dream and are there only a couple places (will the areas by the pools be open for pizza, etc...or is it just the buffets open)?

- How long will the lines up be for the Aqcuaduck ride (I know there have only been a couple cruises so far...just thinking about doing the ride, then grabbing lunch)

- Do we need to register our Teens & Tween before boarding or after boarding? We have a 10 yr 11mo old who we would like to get into the 11 year group...do we need to register them right away on board at the various clubs rooms?

- I've seen a couple different times that boarding will start...I've seen noon and 1pm...is it typically noon?

Lunch is served in one of the main dining rooms and in Cabanas, and yes, the fast food places will be open until the safety drill. Can't remember exact hours for lunch, but there's plenty of food available. Can't answer the Aquaduck question. Teens and Tweens do not register for clubs. They just show up. Boarding typically starts by noon if not before.
