Tips for DLR with 9 year old girl

My nine year old loves rides and has no problem with single rider. But not all of my kids would have been ok with that at 9.

If you have more than one adult, put the 9 year old in between. Have a meeting point for after the ride- photo screens or whatever. Somewhere they can communicate to a CM incase they need help.

I am concerned she would feel uncomfortable doing RSR single rider at 9. If I knew we would be in the same car this would be helpful but this typically doesn't happen. What are others experiences of doing single rider on RSR with children under 10?
My son started doing single rider at 9 but it took him a LOT of thinking about it before he tried it (two years of thinking!) and he has been visiting the parks very regularly since the age of 2. I wouldn’t even consider it with a first-time visitor who is only 9 but she might surprise you.
