My boyfriend and I go to Disney almost every weekend now that we have our passes. We live only about an hour away from the parks so its convenient for us! Any tips or Disney secrets for people our age to do while at WDW? (we are both in our early twenties.) princess: pirate:=

My Boyfriend and I also go to Disney frequently, although we live in Tennessee! We plan big trips about once a year, our first together being this past April. I absolutely love this! We just got back from a cruise this past weekend and both decided that next year was absolutely going to be a trip back to Disney World instead! Now I get to plan the trip out (where to stay, eat, etc) Fun Stuff!

My husband and I have been to WDW once (for our honeymoon).
We are going back this year to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.

We are both in our early 20s. I'm 21; he's 23. We love WDW because it's a world away from the worries of life. We had such a wonderful time last year.

We are very simple, and our favorite moments are playing the Disney ABC game while waiting in lines and waiting for the bus at the bus stop at our resorts.

Disney is just a magical place overall. We only have one big trip every year. This year we are returning to WDW and we are staying at a Deluxe, yay! We will be there for a week for Free Dining :) I love FREE dining!

We don't have any exceptional tips, but when I'm packing I buy the same shirt in every color available. I bring the same pair of shorts in khaki, brown, green khaki, light khaki and demin. I also bring a couple of light jersey dresses for one day, and a mini skirt. I wear the same shirt practically everday, but it looks great on me, and it can be dressed up or down. It's my fave shirt. It is a empire waist tank top with a loose bottom.

That is my tip. You can be comfortable and fashionable everyday of your trip, and you don't have to fret about what you are going to wear because it's practically the same thing you wore the day before in a different color of course :)

This works for me because it takes me hours to pick out stuff to wear. I'm a habitual try on one thing, try on another kind of person.

That's my tip, sorry it doesn't apply to the parks really :)

If you haven't done so already, take a tour! The Epcot Seas Aqua Tour is fantastic, so is the Around the World on a Segway and Keys to the Kingdom. Disney pretty much has a tour for any interest and age. All Ears has good descriptions plus reviews. A tour is always a must on my Disney-Must-Dos!

My husband and I are 25. Some tips that might help you to enjoy yourself:

Visit EPCOT just to bliss out once in a while, get a beer or saki and sit in the Japanese gardens (or tea if you prefer). We love to try all of the regional foods and drinks. The grand marnier slushies are fabulous! Have dinner at Restaurant Marrakesh and San Angel for exotic ambiance.

Go to the Grand Floridian for their fabulous tea!

Just enjoy the fact that you can do whatever you want, try on lots of silly hats in the gift shops, and use FASTPASS whenever possible!

ENJOY :goodvibes

My boyfriend (also a pirate: - I'm just a lowly :sail::laughing: ) and I are going in September - his parents will be there too for the first 3 days of our trip. I'm meeting them for the first time! :goodvibes I'm 24, he's 26.

Some of the things we're doing that aren't necessarily kid-friendly: We are taking the EPCOT Segway tour :moped: - it was my birthday present to him. And we have an ADR to watch Wishes from the California Grill on our 1 1/2 year 'anniversary' :lovestruc. We're thinking about a couples massage at one of the spas, but it might not be in our budget. Definitely going sailing on Bay Lake as well. All that in addition to parks and water parks and Downtown Disney and all.

We are both really excited - we each have really wonderful memories of WDW as children and we each knew we'd want to share it with someone we loved when we got older, so this is really a fulfillment of a very long-held dream for both of us. :cloud9:

It must be really amazing to live so close and be able to go so often. We have annual passports to DL - we're about an hour away from Anaheim, so I know a little bit about what that's like. I find you have to bring some of your own magic and romance with you. I'm sure you and your BF will be enjoying WDW for many seasons to come.

Great thread. We live in Jax, so I 'd like to add a tip. We love talking to the cm's, esp the DVC reps (yes, we are dvc owners). Some of our best times are talking to these BIG time disney fans that work there.
