Tips for car valets (and others)

I know this has been discussed before so I apologize...

What do you tip the car valet - and do you tip when you drop off and pick up your car?

And you tip the person who brings up your luggage....

And I've seen threads that you leave a tip for housekeeping? Is that if you are really messy or just anytime?

I leave tomorrow and was up at 530am with my mind working OT..

Can I add another question to this thread?

If you come by shuttle etc. and your room is not ready, do you need to TIP the CM who takes your luggage to storage and tip again when you ask to have it brought to the room.
And in reverse, Tip when they pick it up from your room at checkout to store and tip again when they pull the cart from storage to load it into your shuttle.
It seems its never the same CM who helps you on the same day.

We tip $2 when they take the car, and $2 when the bring the car around. I think when we arrived and they took the bags & parked the car, we gave them $5. We had 8 bags, and when they brought them to we room, we gave that person $10.
