Tippping and tax on the dining plan

I have free dining for my late Aug trip Can I put the tip for my table service meals on a credit card? Is tax included on the dining plan? Thanks

Tax is included in the dining plan.

As the FAQ in the first post says, yes, you can use a credit card for your tips.
