Tipping the staff the the child care clubs?

I have one night reserved for my kids a the Neverland club on our next trip. I plan on using that time to do the laundry and get their Easter Baskets ready. ( I am traveling alone with them) I know the rate for the kids is $10 per hour per child. Do you tip the staff on top of that? If so how much?

They are going to be there for pretty much the whole night. I am sending them there the night before Easter so I can do laundry and get their Easter baskets together.

I think $10 is good then. Heck why not its vacation. I always like to tip extra nice. Everyone deserves a nice thank you now and then. Assuming of course they do a great job with your kids.
