Tipping the scooter guy

This question is NOT meant to start a problem thread-promise! I am renting a scooter from Randy's for my October trip. Is is customary to tip the guy who brings the scooter to you? If so, how much do you tip? He will be giving me instructions on the use of the scooter.

If yes, do I also tip the person who comes to pick up the scooter if I am still there? Again, if so, how much?

It's a question that no one has ever asked before.

When we rented one from Randy's 18 months ago, it didn't even occur to me to think about tipping or not tipping.
Over the years, we've had lots of different equipment delivered for DD. I would not have thought of tipping any of those people and would equate getting an ECV delivered to that.

I have rented from Randy's in the past as well, and also did not tip... honestly, the thought never even crossed my mind...
