Tipping Shuttle Drivers

We've rented a car for all of our past visits. This time we're taking Karmel Shuttle. How much should we be tipping? It's just 2 of us.

We've used Karmel Shuttle before and they are very good. Decent drivers, always on time or early for collection which helps a lot.
