Tipping Question

I don't think tipping would have ever crossed my mind, but I would have given drinks, etc. Interesting discussion. If I was going to tip, I think I would slip him $20, but I don't think I would have ever thought to offer extra for that.

We tip furniture delivery men all the time. I have never tipped anyone that does work inside my house but they have never been just dropped off either, they were always the owner of the small business.

Those poor guys that delivered our furniture worked in 98 degree heat with VERY heavy stuff. Hubby gave them a $20.00 and told them to grab lunch. YOu would have thought that we gave them $100.00. They really appreciated it. I tip when I want to for any service, and if I don't want to then I don't. Except for the usual like food service that is expected, then I always do.
