Tipping question...FL Tour Driver

I have made a reservation with FLTours for round trip service when my dd and I go to Disney next week. I have heard nothing but good things about them. The price is really reseanable but I have no idea what to tip the driver. I was thinking $10 would be a good tip but I have never hired a car service before so I don't know. Is $10 good? Too much? Not enough?

I always tipped 20% each way. IOW, if the total price (RT) was $100, I'd give the driver $10 from MCO-WDW & $10 from WDW-MCO (total of $20 or 20%). It's possible you may have a different driver each way.
