Tipping on Wishes/Illuminations Cruises

For those of you who have taken these cruises, do you tip the boat pilot, and what's the general tip?

I'm not sure the norm but on my Illuminations! cruise that was $300 i tipped 20% ($60)

Wow! I'm gonna look like a cheapskate now...but I tipped $20 on our Wishes Cruise.
