Tipping on tours?

I don't. I've only done the Holiday Tour, but it never occurred to me to tip and I thought it went against Disney policy. Apparently, that is changing :(

ETA: I can sort of see tipping on a VIP tour, but holy moly, at that rate it ought to include the tip.

For tours, tipping has been allowed since at least the early 2000s, as that was when we started doing tours and we've always tipped.

I get the VIP thing, but it really isn't much different than eating at Napa Rose. You'd think at those prices.... Yes, VIP is expensive, but the guides aren't paid THAT well..... And they always (well, almost always) go above and beyond to make the guests day great!
