Tipping on the Gold Plan

I know that tips are included on the gold plan, but I can't find what the percentage is that the server gets. I would like to know so that I can tip extra for outstanding service. Or... if the tip is already very good, I should expect a certain level of service.

Just adding that the 15% is before tax. I know you're supposed to tip *before* tax, but we're used to tipping *after* tax - it gives the server a little extra. We tipped a bit extra on the Gold Plan almost every time, the exception was our one rude waitress... You will get excellent service - your servers will be more than happy to help you "spend" your points since the higher your bill, the higher their tip. It was always nice to see their smiles when you'd tell them you're on the plan - they know they'll get a decent tip, it's good for everyone Have a great time!
